My practice with Carlos began in Frisco @ Kokopellis. Not long after, Carlos opened his own studio in Plano and I followed him. For over five years, he provided the strong foundation to all of my postures which gave me the confidence to build upon my practice. He is truly a gifted teacher and will take the time, whether you are a beginner or yogi of many years of practice, to provide you with greater knowledge and refinement of your alignment! He teaches with enthusiasm and humor - there is never a dull moment in his class. I would strongly recommend "The Studio" to any avid yoga student. I have taken classes with Carlos for over four years. I was very happy when he opened his studio less than 5 minutes from my home. I have taken yoga with many different instructors over the years but Carlos is by far the best. His amazing attention to detail, ensures that his students get the benefits they need from their practice. I used to have back pain but now I never have back problems because I have developed more strength in my core through the work we do in class. Carlos has students of all ages and always ensures that new students feel welcome and part of the group.He pushes us to achieve that next level, but only if he knows we are ready. I always feel rejuvenated after every class. The prices are very reasonable, the studio is pleasant and inviting. We work hard but have lots of fun! Come see for yourself!

Carlos is attentive, instructional and nurturing while helping you to achieve your "personal best" during your practice. Very clean and visually pleasing studio. Pricing is extrememly reasonable. I will forever be a "Carlos Groupie!"
