Manager was very rude to me too. Place smells moldy. Last time I was there I came in with my 3 small children and there was no one out front. While I waited and looked around for him to sign in and pay I had the children get there shoes off and get ready. When he finally came out front I was told we had to leave because they were closed for a private party. This was a weekday and during normal hours. There was no sign on the door saying it was closed to the public. Needless to say I left with three crying kids and have never been back.

First of all my story is about the same as all the other reviews. It took 4 phone calls to get to talk to someone, you can leave a message but they won't return your call, you just have to keep calling until they happen to answer. I had my daughter's party here and the manager was so rude, he would not get us our icecream or drinks, finally he did but acted very annoyed and told me we needed to hurry up with our party! He does not even want you to bother him to pay, he just wants to sit in his little corner and be left alone. I went to try and pay and he said I have your credit card on file, I will just charge your balance on your card I told him, I needed a receipt. So he acted annoyed and finally checked me out. He wanted to just bill me whenever he felt like it and me just leave without a receipt or anything. This guy is a jerk and like the other reveiws stated, he seems to hate kids. Not sure why he is in this business. No people skills whatsoever!

As the others have posted the same happened to us. Except for the owner himself would not help out with anything including getting the ice cream.. I had to actually go to him and say don't we get ice cream with the party he was like of ok. When you go to a place to have a party you expect to have some kind of help specially since we had over 25 kids at the party all under the age of 4 and all their parents as well. The kids did have a blast but having to then clean up everything before our time ended I felt like we had to rush our guest out in order not to pay for every minute. He should of at least had people to help clean. He did not even have any bags to help with the extra trash or to put all the gifts in. On top of that I know this is small my son never got his birthday child gift from them. Needless to say we have not been back or plan on being back any time soon.
